Resus One — a business of Lyrebird Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 95 700 670 426) · Effective date: 27 August 2026 · Version 1.1
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ResusOne mobile application (“the App”), operated by Lyrebird Collective Pty Ltd (ABN 95 700 670 426) trading as Resus One (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is a clinical reference and decision-support tool intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals acting within their training, authority, and scope of practice. It is not intended for members of the public, for patients to self-manage care, or for use by children.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own professional reference, subject to these Terms. You must not:
The App provides reference information and decision support only. It is not a substitute for professional education, training, clinical experience, or independent assessment of the individual patient, and its content must not be the sole basis for any clinical decision. You remain solely responsible for verifying every dose, concentration, and calculation against current, applicable clinical practice guidelines, product information, and your local protocols before use. Where the App conflicts with an authoritative source, the authoritative source prevails. The full Copyright & Clinical Disclaimer presented in the App forms part of these Terms.
Clinical information changes. While we take reasonable care, we do not warrant that content is complete, accurate, current, or error-free. Content may be updated or withdrawn at any time.
The App, its design, and its content (excluding third-party materials and source clinical guidelines) are owned by Resus One and protected by copyright and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. ResusOne is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by any ambulance service, health department, or other body.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, and Resus One and its developers, owners, contributors, and affiliates accept no liability for any loss, injury, adverse outcome, or other consequence arising from use of, or reliance on, the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the App or paying the cost of re-supply.
You obtained the App through a third-party app store (the Apple App Store or Google Play), and your use is also subject to that store’s terms. You acknowledge that:
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time. We may terminate your licence if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including the disclaimer, intellectual property, and liability sections — survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be available in the App and on our website, with an effective date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
